Out of Tree Module

Dear ns3-User Group,

 

The ns3 out of tree wiki now contains a Fisheye State Routing based module that forms routes based on node degree information. It is to a good degree untested but is functioning and routes as designed. The documentation introduces the caveats and the code is commented. It should be available for someone who may wish to work with it. Thanks.
