Installation Issues with dce-linux-dev

Hi all,

I am new to DCE. I am facing build issues with dce-linux-dev. When I run python3 bake.py build -vvv, I get the following error

Checking for libns3-dev-mpi-debug (mandatory)                  : not found

So far someone suggested to enable MPI, but I was unable to correctly enable it in order to make it work (see issue).

I would be grateful for any solution or advice regarding this issue.
