Problem Concerning QCI Awaring Scheduling Alogrithm

Dear all,

Firstly, thanks for you time reading this post.

I am currently working on the QCI Awaring Scheduling Algorithm based on lena, whatever QCI type I change (Suppose change Dummy from NGBR_VIDEO_TCP_DEFAULT to GBR_CONV_VOICE ), I didn't see any difference in flow monitor. make things a bit tricky...

Any suggestion and help is appreciated!
