I have some question about that the throughput is different 802.11n MCS5 when the program run in different version of NS.
In ns3.24,the throughput is 15 Mbps.
In ns3.25,the throughput is 46 Mbps.
I have check the Tx-vector is the same.
I know that ns3.25 have fix some bug about MIMO. But I think that MCS5 is SISO.
Does anyone have any idea?
Thank you.

MPDU aggregation has been enabled by default between those two versions, this explains why you observe higher throughput for the latest version.
