I simulated  a multi base station WSN  (only the authentication requests) in NS3.

I have attached the .cc file. The output  seems in order.

For small network (say, MU=3, BS=2, SN=4, CH=2) the runtime is in seconds ( 54.9 sec ). But the run time increases almost exponentially with the number of nodes.

MUBSCHSNrun time
   55550~24 hrs
105770~35 hrs
1551010048+ hrs (still running)

This run time is special confusing as my supervisor stated similar networks in NS2   normally executed in around an hour.

I would be highly grateful is some points out my mistakes or suggests improvement.

Dear Juben,
Firstly,  I am  a bloke. Secondly, I encourage you to post your own question, as from my post it's clear that i'm unsure about the correctness of my implementation.

Still feel feel free to look into the code that I attached, in it if the number of BS is set to 1, then it's  a single sink WSN.
