ICNS3 is a conference for researchers, developers, and users of the ns-3 network simulator to share advancements, models, and applications. The conference will feature technical sessions, a developers and maintainers meeting, and potentially training or tutorial sessions. Accepted papers will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceeding Series (ICPS) and archived in the ACM Digital Library.
Key topics include, but are not limited to:
* New models, devices, protocols, and applications for ns-3
* Using ns-3 in modern networking research
* Comparison with other network simulators and emulators
* Speed and scalability issues for ns-3
* Multiprocessor and distributed simulation with ns-3, including GPUs
* Validation of ns-3 models
* Credibility and reproducibility in ns-3 simulations
* User experience and frameworks for ns-3
* Post-processing, visualization, and analysis tools
* Models ported from other simulators
* Integration with real code, testbeds, emulators, and other tools
* ns-3 API usage from other languages or on new platforms
* Network emulation and education with ns-3
* ns-3 as a digital twin
* Industry applications addressing R&D challenges
Important Dates:
