This is about power restriction after applying OBSS-PD-ALGORITHM

Hello all!

I have applied obss-pd-algorithm to my problem which is wifi-spatial-reuse.

In the algorithm, we can can reduce transmission power with the amount of increased carrier sensing level which can be determined with the help of BSS coloring. But when I check the interference level coming form inter-BSS before and after transmission power restriction, it returns same value 

HeSigAParameters params; 

params.rssiW;

As my understanding, interference power level has to be reduced if TxPower is reduced.
