Errors in ns3mmwave

Hi everyone,

I've been trying for a couple of days now to get the ns3mmwave distribution to work. I'm downloading it from here: https://github.com/nyuwireless-unipd/ns3-mmwave. Since the most recent updates to the repo mention updating the simulator to ns-3.42, I'm using Ubuntu 24.04 on WSL in Windows 11.

The problem is that when the project is built, it runs into fatal errors every time but still ultimately shows the message that the command to build it has finished running. And then some scripts(like the first.cc and second.cc basic example ones) run successfully, but others like mmwave-example don't run at all.

I need to get this installed and running properly as I will be using it in cellular V2V simulations. Any help or insights would be appreciated.
