Oh, you meant a version compatible with all of them...

- nr has been recently updated to be compatible with 3.40.

- plc is fairly recent, so it should be possible to use it with 3.40, perhaps with some forward-porting work (mainly due to documented changes in the core module).

- v2x no idea.

I work on these topics.  There is no release currently that combines the below.  psc (public safety communications) code is about to be released with a version compatible with ns-3.40, but this is for LTE D2D, not NR or V2X.  NR was recently released for ns-3.40, but not V2X.  The most recent V2X release from CTTC is based on ns-3.36.1.  If you want to use this combination, I would recommend to start with the latest V2X release and add the PSC components that you want to this release.
