Eclipse not working properly in ubuntu 12.04 LTS

HI,
My professor asked me to upgrade my Ubuntu to a more stable version,
so I upgraded it to 12.04 LTS. I was running ns-3 with ubuntu 11.10
and it worked fine with eclipse, but now I'm getting a lot of Code
Analysis Problems in all the code under src/wifi/model.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix it? Or should I just downgrade to
11.10?
