dce-mptcp-handoff-v6 thread stuck

Hello everyone,
when I run this example in docker of dce "dce-mptcp-handoff-v6', it shows build sccessfully, but there was a problem, it will stay at his situation and can't move on:

 when I run it under a debugger I found this :
the thread will stuck  at this :

and don't move on ,so what should i do?
