Downlink RB allocate for per UE

Hi,

I am a new NS-3 LTE module user, recently I devote myself into this system for a project.

In my research, i am working on ICIC and i want to avoid the same RB allocation from neighbor eNB's edge UEs.

So i would like to know how to assign RBs manually, but i cant get which class or function is working on this.

Can anyone give me some advice?

And because the method of me is about SINR to allocate, is NS-3 able to have the SINR/MCS list for each UE to each RB?
