how I measure the cqi in LENA-X2 handover ?

I would t find or measure the cqi in the example of lena -x2-hadover of Lte

and i want to know the relationships between the SNIR and the Cqi bcz I had the SINR

Hi Walid,

your question is not very clear, so I am not sure i will be able to address it.

Please, consider that CQIs are used in AMC and scheduler procedures, and not in handover/RRC. Handover relies on SINR information. This is how the standard works. So by default CQIs are not considered in HO and you cannot access to them. You should get this information from the MAC.
