library 'sqlite3' not found

Hello NS3 users,

I am trying to launch a statistic example from directory:

$NS3/example/stats

by wifi-example-db.sh.

Then received error message like this repeatedly:

Command ['/..../build/examples/stats/ns3-dev-wifi-example-sim-debug', '--format=db', '--distance=180', '--run=run-180-5'] exited with code 255

From the NS_LOG I also found: [ERROR] sqlite support not compiled in.

Which means STATS_HAS_SQLITE3 in wifi-example-sim.cc not defined.

And I found this line below from ./waf configure:

SQlite stats data output : not enabled (library 'sqlite3' not found)

Although I have installed sqlite, sqlite3, libsqlite3-dev on my Ubuntu 18.04,

It seems like...NS3 doesn't find it. But how can I fix that?
