delay histogram from flowmonitor

Dear All,
Please any idea how to extract delay and jitter values from delayHistogram and jitterHistogram generated by FlowMonitor in order to plot the jitter values using gnuplot?
the attached is an example of flowmonitor serialized to xml file.
