How can i set the downlink bandwidth for 3 UEs connecting to 1 eNB?

Hi,

My question is when different UE carry different eps bearer to one eNodeB, it shall affect the bandwidth or throughput of downlink between UE and eNodeB. But nothing change when i set the eps bearer.

So, i want to use resource block in eNodeB, maybe total rb is 100, 20 for UE1 ,40 for UE2, 40 for UE3.But i don't know how to implement .

Can someone please help me?
