satellite and NS3

I am a new scholar of NS3. I'd like to ask if there is a satellite module related to NS3. At present, I am doing the simulation of heterogeneous network resource management. If I need to compile a new module of resource scheduling?

There is a satellite module for ns-3 but it is not publicly available yet.
