TCP Cubic and Compound Congestion Control Algorithm in NS3

Hi Nat and Tommaso,

I was looking at this wiki page: https://www.nsnam.org/wiki/GSOC2015Projects#TCP_validation.

It seems like there was a plan to merge Cubic and Compound to NS3. Was this ever done? If not, will they be part of future releases of NS3?
