Hi all,

has anyone before been in need of displaying nanoseconds timestamps
when displaying
.pcap ns-3 output using tcpdump?

Does the default .pcap output by ns-3 support this timestamp precision
or is ns-3 configuration/tweaking necessary? Does tcpdump support
changing the granularity of timestamps at all?

Thanks,
Kostas.

I believe, pcap file format doesn't support nanosecond time precision.
According to [1], pcap timestamps have microsecond resolution.
