LTE rerouting after a period of time

Hello, I'm working on my thesis, trying to build a LTE+SDN network.

The path is switchA-----switchB------Remote Host C.

The scenario is that on switch B i will create heavy wifi traffic (many WiFi APs + stations), and after a period of time ex. 5 secs routing path has to be changed:

switchA---- switchD---- RemoteHost C.

Which function should I use for time scheduling? And how can I reroute the path after that period ?
