LTE RLC/SM and RLC/UM have Different SINR values

Hi, I am using callback function ReportCurrentCellRsrpSinr to get the sinr values of all the enbs. But it seems using RLC/UM outputs much higher SINR values than using RLC/SM, and I think it is even higher than the typical range of SINR. Also, the interference behavior seems strange. Can anyone tell me what is wrong here? (LTE-only simulation with changing RLC only) Thank you.
