Well, there is no direct way to tell these nodes apart from the trace files.
As you can see, the trace files use cell ID to identify an eNodeB. You can print the cell ID of every devices in the macroEnbDevs and homeEnbDevs containers, and then use this as a reference when reading the trace files.
Alternatively, you can benefit from the fact that cell IDs are basically running integers starting from 1. In lena-dual-stripe example, the macro eNodeB group are installed before the home eNodeB group, so the cell IDs of macro eNodeBs are smaller than the cell IDs of home eNodeBs. In lena-dual-stripe example (using default parameter configuration), there are 9 macro eNodeBs and 4 home eNodeBs, thus the cell ID from 1 to 9 are assigned to macro eNodeBs, while cell ID from 10 to 13 are assigned to home eNodeBs.
