No, there is no MIH implementation in NS3.

There is a MIH module referenced by nsnam, but its development was stopped and, until now, it's unfinished.
Last change was made on 2009-01-09 by Salumu, which was responsible for it's development.

I am trying to make Salumu's module to work on ns-3.22, but it has been difficult:

• It was originally developed under ns-3.2.
• It has a lot of  errors.
• Installation guide lacks of important details.

Remark: LTE module (LENA) was officially introduced into ns-3  from ns-3.11.

Hello,
I am working on Vertical handover, I have installed Ns-3.19 on ubuntu 14.04.
my work is on Media Independent Handover, for that I found one patch as ns-3-mih-28fa9f559bf5.

but while installing it is giving error
sudo ./waf
