I am using Ubuntu 14.04 with eclipse luna and ns3.24. I have configured and build the ns3 and integrated into eclipse with mercurial. And I am able to run the examples from terminal but when I run in eclipse its showing the above error. I have seen an older thread regarding the same but I couldn't understand what are symbolic links and how to create it. Please help me in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hi Karthik,

Please refer to the wiki page on how to integrate NS-3 in Eclipse
or to several videos found online

I have had a similar experience with not being able to debug NS-3 in Eclipse due of access rights (was working on shared machine).

Regards,
K.
