SpectrumWifiPhy in Vanets

Hi.

I have developing an analysis of the implementation of IEEE 802.11p physical layer in NS-3.26. 

I have read the documentation.

I have analysed some source files such as wifi-phy.cc, yans-wifi-phy.cc and spectrum-wifi-phy.cc.

I know the differences between YansWifiPhy and SpectrumWifiPhy. 

I read about the physical layer of wave using the documentation and my question is: 

Is it possible to implement SpectrumWifiPhy in a script for vanets or it is enough with the yans model?

I asked for that because I have only seen examples of vanets using YansWifiPhyHelper.

Hi,

Yans is perfectly fine if you don't have other interference sources in the same frequency range.
