Suggestion: don't put your phone number on public posts.

The error is clear: CsvHelper.h doesn't exist (and indeed it doesn't exist in the ns-3 codebase).

Well, I don't know what you were expecting from that header, where you found the suggestion to use it, what you're expecting to have (as functions) from it, and so on.
Hence... no, I don't have any suggestion.

Thanks for your response. The code iam running is meant to generate
graph structured data and store it in CSV file format for machine
learning. i have tried to fix the fatal error for now five days but
failed. some advise please and is there any alternative.

As I said, ns-3 does not provide a CSV helper class. However, CSV is a very simple format (Comma Separated Values), so you should be able to dump your data into a file manually (like, it's 5 lines of code, really). Check https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25201131/writing-csv-files-from-c

Dammit, I must be dyslexic (or I didn't look enough).

Well, this kinda solves the problem: it's not "csv-helper.h", it's "csv-reader.h". However, it reads CSV files, it doesn't write them.
