create a buffer for the receiving node

I created a point to point connection between two users A and B. The a send to b. I want to create a buffer at the receiver B so when it pass the threshold to divert the traffic. i have found the buffer class but i cant understand how to implement it and how to set it for node B. Can you please help me....Thanks
