I was wondering what exactly the TxGain/RxGain attributes represent.
If anybody knows how the meters of the antenna range change when i
change those attributes.

If for example i have TxGain = 1 and RxGain = -10, how many meters is
the antenna range?

Dear Chrisy

It depends on the propagation loss model that you use.
For example the FriisSpaceLoss and TwoRayGround are calculated like this  <http://home.earthlink.net/~loganscott53/Two_Ray_Propagation.htm> where Gt and Gr are the gains or transmit and receive, respectively.

There is a number of online tools that can help you define these parameters according to your needs.

Just google it and you can find them. But first, you have to understand what they mean.

eg http://www.changpuak.ch/electronics/calc_10.php, http://easycalculation.com/physics/electromagnetism/friis-path-loss.php
