Sir I am beginner in ns3 and i want to calculate throughput in 802.15.4 lr-Wpan model.
Need some guidelines so that I can be able to calculate the throughput in 802.15.4 . I am using this src/lr-wpan/examples/lr-wpan-error-distance-plot.cc application for my study purpose.

The suggestion is: you can use any method. What can work on other networks (e.g., 802.11) will work on lr-wpan as well.
