Packet Sink Rx Trace not fired

Hello,

I am simulating the attached program in Ns3.26. 
The packet sink Rx trace is not getting fired in the program, although the Flowmonitor shows that the packets are being received.
Also, if we enable logs of PacketSink at Info level, we see that packets are being received using PacketSink application.
But the PacketSink trace Rx is not being fired.

Any pointers will be helpful.

ConnectWithoutContext should be done **after** the PacketSink creation.
