Traffic Simulation using a .pcap file and using DSCP field

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to simulate a .pcap file (from MawiLab) using the DSCP field. I would like to read the .pcap file using python and then send the packet fro a node to another (without considering IP Src and IP Dst) creating a DiffServ queue. So, it is any possibility to create this kind of structure using python and implementing a DiffServ queue and finally take the metrics about how many packets are discarded ?
