ns 3.29 release, LTE with Queue Disc algorithms

hello,

i'm working on ns-3.29 release for my thesis. on my thesis, I evaluate performance of Queue Discs with LTE. 

 

 

1 is my network, 0 is PGW, 2-3-4 is EnodeB, others are UE nodes. There are discs on 1 to 0 path. So, I want to analyse dropped packets on PGW (0)node but packets are not dropped on PGW and my output is
