Implementation of handover algorithm in NS3

I want to know where is handover decison that I can rewrite it in A3RsrpHandoverAlgorithm.cc.

I guess that handover decision is in A3RsrpHandoverAlgorithm::DoReportUeMeas this method.

If it is , and I want to know how to get some real-time input datas, like UE position, eNB position, RSRP of serving eNB and neighboring eNB to decide the target cell.

Can anyone help me or give me some examples? many thanks

My simulation(main function) is based on Lena-X2-Handover-Measures.cc to extend it.
