Hello, excuse me. I am a graduate student from Taiwan. I am currently studying Self-Adaptive Hysteresis Based Horizontal Handover in LTE. At this stage, I can only modify the Hysteresis parameters manually. I don’t know how to modify it to adaptive. Can you provide me modify the position?
