[Question] Schedule and Events in the simulator

Hello experts, it's me again

I tried the examples of lena and wifi simulation

I want to schedule something in the simulator.

Being more specific
After some "Event" i would like to do a "route injection (configure static IP)" and configure a "Wifi link" between two nodes.

Is it possible?

If it is, what part of the documentation i should read, if there is a tutorial, it would be awesome.
