Short transmission time interval (TTI) and semi persistent scheduling in LTE

Dear All,

As highlighted in "3GPP TR36.881", there are some latency reduction techniques for LTE, for instance, short TTI and/or semi persistent scheduling. I am trying to assess the changes/modifications required in current LTE module to enable 0.5ms TTI and 0.14ms TTI.

Is there anyone already working (or worked) on these features? Any lead towards the right direction is highly appreciated.
