Regarding Data Rate Call back in power adaptation interference

Greetings Everyone!

I have executed the power-adaptation-interference.cc example. It is just logging the power call back, and the data rate call back is called just 4 times. Although the data rate changes in the simulation continuously but the data rate callback is not called. Can anyone please guide in this matter? I am attaching the log output file's images as well.
