TX on PUSCH in PRACH subframe is not allowed simultaneously in ns3 ?

TX on PUSCH in PRACH subframe is not allowed simultaneously in ns3 ?

I find the debug message in PfFfMacScheduler::DoSchedUlTriggerReq() in pf-ff-mac-scheduler.cc.  

line 1533: NS_LOG_DEBUG("This will be a PRACH subframe, for now don't allow tx on PUSCH");

If it's true, how can I apply prach configuration 14 into ns3? The prach configuration 14 means that every subframe has RA slot.
