Method EndRxData() throws error after a Ue is reconnected to eNB in lte module

Hi,

I am trying to implement manual deattach and reattach to trigger cell selection procedure again.
In doing so, I am getting an error as follows:

Kindly let me know if anyone is familiar with this error and what needs to be done to avoid it.
