LOGS for LbtAccessManager in LAA

Hi All,

I want to study the function calls & parameters in LbtAccessManager function.

For that I will have to turn ON the LOGS & check it right ?

I'm unable to turn ON the LOGS for LbtAccessManager, but for other functions I can turn ON the LOGS.

Can anyone please tell me the look around.
