Please do not put large amount of code in the post like that. You can attach it as a file.
You are using the nano-SIM module. I am not sure if the communication from that module can be visualized in NetAnim because I do not know what protocol stack they use,
However, the nodes (positions/movements) should be visualized.
Read the documentation and tutorials of NetAnim (http://www.nsnam.org/wiki/index.php/NetAnim) to LEARN how you can generate the appropriate output file for NetAnim,
