issue build DCE , ubuntu 20.4.3

hello, 

this my first time building dce and i m facing some issue i did follow the intrutction provided by  Tom Henderson  on github . 

this the error that i encountered  . i attached the logs

i m also facing issue while building glibc-2.31 
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
