I see in the protocol that "different operators are not synchronized" in coexistence simulation. What does it mean ?  Does it mean by subframe timing? I see in the code that when both networks are laa, the subframe of both start at the same time. Does this mean they are synchronous?

This is a suggested configuration item from the 3GPP methodology
(TR36.889). In our simulations, however, the LTE module does not
explicitly support multiple operators operating on different
synchronization, so the eNBs are synchronized even across operators.

Thanks.
