Hi,the answer to "How to create it" is in the tutorial. You "just" create two NetDevices and you install them in the same node.The harder question is "compare the signal from both". You have to define a way to compare the two systems, as the "signal" is a poor definition. LTE and Wi-Fi are very different and you can't just compare the respective SNR.As a side note, we can't tell how to compare them, because it's your research and there's no definitive answer.T.
