 i am not getting how to run netanim (wireless-animation.cc) to get xml file in visual studio 2012 (ns3 project is doing in visual 2012). ?
 This xml file is to load in qt creater.

Have you followed the documentation for running NS-3 on windows [1] and building NetAnim [2]
