Hi all,

I wish some information.

What is the difference between "ns-3 DCE" and " DCE compatible linux kernel"?
What i got is that (i wish your confirm and more information):
About ns-3 DCE, I got that it has the ability to run a real application over ns3.
About DCE compatible linux kernel, I got that it has the ability to run ns3 over real MPTCP of Linux .

I have a real application that I wish to run it over ns3 and over real MPTCP of Linux. Therefore, I installed both of ns-3 DCE and DCE compatible Linux kernel.  I wanted to integrated them at the end somehow.

I installed ns3-DCE and i found examples and two important folders "ns3-dce" and  "ns3-dce-dev".
Then, when I installed ns3dce/mptcp basd on "https://hub.docker.com/r/ns3dce/mptcp/~/dockerfile/", I saw that after making mptcp kernel it is building DCE and  i found "ns3-dce" and  "ns3-dce-dev" in arch/sim/test/source.

I have this doubt now, maybe, I had to install only ns3dce/mptcp and it has the ability to run ns3 with both real application and mptcp Linux kernel?! Or i have to install both and i try to integrate them in a way?

Thanks in advance
