After setting up the SeedManager::SetSeed(2) the data is not transmitted

Hello All,

From the documents I read to generate random stream you need to set SeedManger::SetSeed and SeedManager::SetRun, when I changed the values my program is stuck and it doesnt send any data from eNB to UE. This is strange as the positions are changed (as expected but no data exchange). And when I set the values of both the parameters as 1 (the default value) it works as desired. Can you tell me whats wrong and where the problem could be?? I am not getting an error so its more difficult to find the problem. I have attached the code and screen shots of the problem.
