I'm developing a cell zooming algorithm for LTE and I need to know the user capacity of a eNB and the impact of increase or decrease the coverage area has on the user capacity. Can someone explain me or tell me some bibliography that might answer my question?

Hi,
If you mean the maximum number of users which can be served by eNB it is 2^16, because rnti is type of uint16_t
