Hi,

First of all, are you going to use NSC?
If you do not know what NSC is perhaps you do not need it (http://www.nsnam.org/wiki/Network_Simulation_Cradle_Integration)

Then, at configure you have to enable it as explained using the option --with-nsc when you do the configure

Hello, yesterday I updated some documentation that had gotten stale
regarding NSC support; you can find it at the below link:

http://www.nsnam.org/docs/models/html/tcp.html#network-simulation-cradle

The short answer to your question is:
- since the ns-3.17 release, NSC must be separately downloaded and
built, using either Mercurial (from the NSC web site) or the bake build
system.
- once you build NSC (either manually or via bake), waf in ns-3 will
attempt to autodetect the presence of NSC libraries. The message that
you are seeing above is due to waf not being able to find NSC libraries
in the places that it looks for them. Please read the documentation for
more information about this.
