Probably people at DEI - University of Padova have developed an extension of the LTE module which supports also HeNB.
However, for implementing HeNB you should:
-create a new class (i.e., HenbLteNetDevice) by extending the EnbLteNetDevice class;
- create a new PHY and spectrum PHY classes for the HeNB, setting properly the value of both transmission power and bandwidth
Then, when you create a new simulation scenario, you should impose that the number of UE which will be registered to an HeNB will be up to 8.
